Chinese and foreign students currently enrolled at the six universities under the National Ethnic Affairs Commission.
2.國內(nèi)其他高校學(xué)生和來華留學(xué)生
Chinese and foreign students of other universities are also welcome.

展播及線下交流
Exhibition and offline

獲獎作品將陸續(xù)在“道中華”海內(nèi)外社交媒體矩陣發(fā)布。屆時，將邀請部分獲獎的中外學(xué)生開展線下對話交流活動。
The winning works will be published on "Decoding Zhonghua" social media platforms.
Some award-winning Chinese and foreign students will be invited to participate in offline dialogue and exchange activities.
參賽要求
（一）參賽作品題目自擬。體裁和形式不限，旅拍Vlog、微紀(jì)錄片、訪談、紀(jì)實等各種體裁、形式均可。鼓勵中英雙語作品參賽。
（二）參賽作品應(yīng)清晰穩(wěn)定，無明顯噪音，可配背景音樂。參賽視頻時長不超過3分鐘，畫面像素尺寸1920×1080以上，豎屏（9:16）或橫屏（16:9），大小一般不超過500M，格式為MP4、AVI、MOV 等原始作品文件，適用于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播。
（三）參賽者應(yīng)保證其為所投送作品的作者，并對該作品的整體及組成部分均擁有獨立、完整、明確、無爭議的著作權(quán)；參賽者還應(yīng)保證其所投送的作品不侵犯任何第三方的包括著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私權(quán)等在內(nèi)的合法權(quán)益。所有引用材料均須在視頻結(jié)尾注明出處。
（四）參賽者同意主辦方對參賽作品具有復(fù)制、剪輯、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播、二次創(chuàng)作、轉(zhuǎn)化、展覽、放映等無償使用權(quán)利。
（五）參賽作品須符合中國法律法規(guī)，內(nèi)容積極向上。
該比賽最終解釋權(quán)歸道中華“Z世代走讀中華”短視頻大賽賽事組委會所有。
